We are fortunate to have beautiful gardens which are filled with flowers and a hidden seasonal kitchen garden. We are very proud to have our own olives and olive oil (guests will be left with some to try), oranges, lemons, figs, pomegranates (we ate our first one this year), and in the early summer lettuces and rocket and later cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes etc. 
There are a mass of fresh herbs to choose from including rosemary, parsley, thyme, bay leaves, basil and more. The gardens our one of our great loves.
